- Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refunds
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- We can not accept partial returns for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Patara Scrubs does provide a 30-day-money money-back guarantee whereby we will give you your money back if you have changed your mind. However, you will need to send them back to us. If your item is damaged from shipping then we can provide a refund if the faulty items are returned within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. The refund will only be processed if the items are returned in their original state -including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories -we cannot offer a refund if only partial items are returned. If this has happened, please take a photo of the damage, and email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the photo and your order number.
Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. If you have received the incorrect goods then please send it back to us.
